1. Shortlist programmes
Use the course finder to identify two or three programmes that match your qualification level and field. Read the entry requirements on each course page and note anything you do not yet meet.
2. Check eligibility honestly
Institutions assess prior qualifications against Nepali equivalents. If your qualification is unusual in Nepal, raise it early — an equivalence assessment can add weeks to the process.
3. Assemble documents
Most institutions ask for a comparable core set of documents.
- Academic transcripts and certificates for every completed qualification
- Passport biographical page, valid well beyond your intended start date
- Evidence of English proficiency, where the programme requires it
- A personal statement or statement of purpose, where requested
- References, where requested
- Passport-style photographs to the institution's specification
4. Submit and respond quickly
Applications are made to the institution, directly or through our advisory team. Once submitted, the single biggest cause of delay is a slow response to a request for clarification. Check your email daily.
5. Offer, acceptance and enrolment
An offer or admission letter will set out any conditions you must satisfy. You will normally need to accept formally, and in many cases pay a deposit, before the institution issues the documents used in the visa process.
